We will meet with you at your home to discuss your wants, needs and desires for your pool project. While there, we will review a variety of options, take measurements and photos and review your project budget. We will also talk with you about your outdoor space’s best use while keeping in mind your aspirations for your yard. Furthermore, we will determine the best way to reach those goals while staying within your budget constraints. The initial appointment generally runs about one hour but can last longer.

We will begin creating a comprehensive conceptual design for your pool project after the initial appointment and your agreement to move forward. The design plan will include all the pool and outdoor features that you would want in the project including hardscaping and landscaping. We will complete a project proposal estimate for your project outlining the costs of the project, payment schedule, etc.

We set up a time to review the design plan and project proposal with you. Any changes, additions, etc. can be adjusted at this time. A budget and project timeline will be reviewed with you.

We begin getting all the pertinent permits once the project has been approved and signed off by you. All hardscape materials will also be selected and finalized.
